Boys Basketball

Boys' Basketball is for 7th and 8th grade only.  Cost to participate is $50.  Fees must be paid before the first game.

There is no practice Game Days or when there is no school.
  • 7th Grade Gold & Silver:  3:45 pm to 5:15 pm every day, except game days.  
  • 8th Grade Gold:  3:45 pm to 5:15 pm every day, except game days.  
  • 8th Grade Silver:  6:45 am - 8 am every day.  Drop off is in the back parking lot nearest boys locker room door at 6:40 am.  No practice Wednesday mornings due to late start.

Athletes will go to locker room to dress and then meet in the gym.  All athletes must register online and be cleared by the Hedrick athletic department before participating in any way.

Message from our Athletic Director:  

It is always our goal to keep student athletes participating in their sport. We do however want to remind athletes and parents of a few policies pertaining to athletic participation. Please keep the following in mind. 

  • Athletes must be enrolled in 5 or more classes.
  • Athletes must attend school all day on game days (unless cleared by the athletic director in advance).
  • Athletes must also attend practice the day before any game.  
  • Athletes must maintain passing grades for all classes to participate (No grades of D or F).
